I believe healing is always possible.
The greatest shift begins when the right pieces finally come together.

For more than twenty years, I've studied, practiced, and taught the relationship between the body, energy, intuition, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives. As a licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive medium, and mentor, I've had the privilege of helping both clients and students discover what's possible when healing is approached as a whole-person experience.

Our bodies, our emotions, our energy and our souls are deeply connected.

They tell one story.

My work is helping you understand it.

People come because they need someone who can see what others cannot.

Others find me because something led them here, and they're not entirely sure what.

And some find me because what they've tried hasn't given them the answers or relief

they were hoping for, and they're ready for a different approach.

I pay attention to the things that often go unnoticed.

The way your body compensates for what it's been carrying.

The energetic patterns influencing how you feel.

The recurring experiences that continue to show up in your health, your relationships, and your life.

The quiet knowing you've had all along but haven't been able to put into words.

Every session begins the same way.

I listen.

Not only to what you tell me, but to what your body is communicating, what your energy is revealing, and what your soul is asking to be seen.
